Catalogue no.63 Summer 2021 New Stock & Reductions
Our latest catalogue lists 100's of books at reduced prices - the majority at 50% off marked prices!
Most of these reductions are on titles where we have surplus copies and in general are copies in a 'less fine' condition. Once these surplus copies have gone, we will still have copies available at the full price.
Our stock list is available here as pdf files which can be viewed onscreen or downloaded on to your computer to be read later. The list is updated periodically as our stock and wanted lists change. If you have any problems accessing the pdfs please contact us and we can send them in another format. Check out the 'News & Offers' page for an update on any events that we may be attending or any special offers/reductions that we may offer from time to time.
The list is divided into sections and books are listed with details of the author, title, year of publication/edition and a brief assessment of their condition. All books are in a nice condition, largely reflected by their age, and many recent titles are 'as new'. Generally previous owner’s signatures/addresses, gift inscriptions, bookplates and price clipped dust jackets are not noted. Details of the books contents are not listed, so if you would like more information about this, or if you have any other questions about any books of interest, please contact us.
Are you looking for a particular title?
With a regular turnover of stock, we are happy to look out for that elusive title that you are searching for and we can carry out book searches. Wants lists are welcomed and if a book is found it will be offered with a price, including postage, but with no obligation to buy.
Books wanted ~ do you have books to sell?
We are always looking to buy in stock covering all aspects of natural history and can offer a cash price or a part-exchange value. We would be pleased to receive a list of any books you have to sell either with your asking price or we can make an offer. Books should be in a very good/fine condition with dust wrappers where issued. For larger collections we can usually travel to view / collect - for smaller collections we make an allowance for delivery.
